If the appointment you are requesting is urgent, please call (507) 399-2099 during regular business office hours and speak with a staff  member. 

Please allow 24 hours for appointment approvals after scheduling (excludes holidays and weekends).

All appointment requests will receive a notice of confirmation of requested date/time. If you have not received notification of confirmation, please contact our office.
