Meet Our Providers
McKenzie Terfehr
DNP, CNP, DCNP, FNP-BC
McKenzie is a native of the surrounding area of Fairmont area, graduating from Martin County West in 2005. From there, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2011. She was a labor and delivery nurse at Mayo Clinic in Mankato, Minnesota, then transitioned to a circulating nurse in surgical services at Mayo Clinic in Fairmont. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South Dakota State University in 2020, and has since been practicing dermatology specific care in rural, central Iowa. Her ambitions have brought her closer to home offering dermatological care for patients in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa.
Shaylee Dallager
DNP, CNP, FNP-BC
Shaylee grew up in Armstrong, Iowa and graduated from North Union. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2020 from South Dakota State University. Upon graduation she was a travel nurse in North Dakota and Minnesota, and she ended her bedside nursing career at Mayo Clinic in Mankato, MN in progressive care. During school, she also worked a second job at a medical spa providing aesthetic treatments. Shaylee graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South Dakota State University in 2025, and has pursued medical dermatology and aesthetics. Fun fact: she was a student of McKenzie’s while in graduate school!
Tayler Freeburg
AP Esthetician
Tayler was born and raised in Mankato, MN and graduated from Mankato East. She pursued a degree in Social Work, driven by a desire to help others. After experiencing her own personal struggles with acne, she discovered a passion for skincare. She went on to attend Nova Academy of Cosmetology where she earned her Advanced Practice Esthetician License & Salon Manager License in 2024, and has since been working at Southern Minnesota Skin Solutions.
