McKenzie Terfehr
DNP, CNP, DCNP, FNP-BC
McKenzie Terfehr is a native of the surrounding Fairmont area, graduating from Martin County West in 2005. From there, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2011. She was a labor and delivery nurse at Mayo Clinic in Mankato, Minnesota, then transitioned to a circulating nurse position in surgical services at Mayo Clinic in Fairmont, Minnesota. McKenzie obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South Dakota State University in 2020, and has since been practicing dermatology specific care in rural, central Iowa. Recently, her ambitions have brought her from Iowa back to Fairmont to bring care closer to home offering dermatological care for patients in Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa.
